A few decades ago it would have seemed strange to call a Central London train station ‘international’. But thanks to the wonders of the modern world (ie the Channel Tunnel) St Pancras International station is a gateway to the rest of Europe. Not only is the station the home of Eurostar, it is also an exciting place to visit in itself, with a fine collection of shops, restaurants and bars, including Europe’s longest Champagne bar. If you are travelling from St Pancras, or just exploring the area around King’s Cross there are some great cheap parking options to be had if you know where to look. If you reserve a parking space online before you go it cuts out the hassle and saves time and money. Here is where to find cheap parking near the London ExCel.

Parking on Reapers Close, NW1

This reservable private driveway is one of the cheapest options around St Pancras Station. It’s a bit of a walk – 14 minutes to be precise – but gets great review on safety, size and being easy to find. It is located in front of a home on the end of a quiet, residential cul-de-sac. Usefully it’s outside the Congestion Zone and you can even walk to Camden in less than ten minutes. This space will cost £4 an hour or £17 a day. A whole month will cost £334.

Matilda Street Car Park

This is a tried and tested space in a private car park also 16 minutes from St Pancras Station. The only issue people seem to have is that the spaces are not always huge so not suitable for vans or SUVs. It is very secure however and a good price for a car park. An hour will cost £4 and a whole day is £18. A month costs £320.
