Berlin Hotels Best Rated in Europe

A new survey from CheapRooms.co.uk looked at 30 destinations in Europe, comparing them with respect to their hotel quality. When the results were tabulated, Berlin walked away the frontrunner in terms of overall customer satisfaction.

The survey is based on the hotel reviews posted to the Expedia platform by customers after their stay. It specifically examined responses to the question: Would you or would you not recommend your hotel to other potential guests? For the 30 European destinations surveyed, all reviews of hotels with either a 3- or 4-star rating were considered. The previous 24 months served as the basis of comparison.

The following table outlines the findings of the survey. For each destination considered, it shows which percentage of hotel guests have been disappointed with their hotel stay. Dissatisfaction is broken down separately for 3- and 4-star hotels.
